    PRESTIGE Real Estate & Investment Company was started in 1992 after becoming frustrated at the lack of "out of the box" thinking and lack of  support and empathy for those customers that had small budgets and uncommon needs that tended to require more work, than most companies wanted their agents to spend time with.  When a company that I worked with refused to drop the commission by $1000 (we were still going to get $5000) in order for the seller to close and not lose his home to foreclosure (he did)...I signed up for Broker's classes and never looked back.

    Buying or selling a home is one of the most important transactions in the lives of many people. Selling our first million dollar home in 1994 before that was common...we have since listed and sold many types of properties, including churches in DC & Maryland, waterfront property on the Potomac River, commercial buildings, apartment buildings, land, and other investment property.  My passions fall on two ends of the spectrum.  We love to help first time home buyers to become homeowners, making sure they are educated to the process, and are satisfied as the outcome.  But we also enjoy the commercial side of real estate, working with investors, mentoring new investors, and always learning something new from seasoned professionals.
